Desde fines de enero de 2008 hasta el 9 de mayo, el Prof. Teddy Cruz ha estado trabajando intensamente con un grupo de 13 estudiantes graduados de la Harvard Graduate School of Design en el diseño de nuestro segundo proyecto en La Prusia, encuadrado en un análisis completo de la situación ambiental, socioeconómica y humana del barrio de La Prusia en Granada, Nicaragua, que permita trabajar en el desarrollo integral y sostenible del barrio.
El 9 de Mayo de 2008 se presentó oficialmente el Proyecto de La Prusia en el Auditorio de la Harvard GSD.
